Theatre Victoria has been a proud cornerstone of the community’s cultural scene since 1977. What began as a passionate endeavor by a small group of theatre lovers—who stored props in borrowed garages and staged just a few shows a year—has blossomed into one of the region’s most vibrant performing arts organizations.
Today, Theatre Victoria is home to a dedicated team of over 150 active volunteers, producing five dynamic productions annually at the state-of-the-art Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts. With more than 10,000 seats filled each year, the theatre continues to enchant audiences with a diverse lineup of musicals, plays, and special performances.
Theatre Victoria also proudly invests in the next generation of performers and theatre professionals through its acclaimed theatre education program, which includes a two-week intensive summer camp designed to inspire creativity and confidence in young artists.
