Power Avenue Warehouse is a historic Downtown Victoria event venue, once known as the Schuhmacher Wholesale Grocery House, originally built in 1834. Located on the north side of Memorial Square, this beautifully restored space blends historic character with flexible functionality for modern events.
The facility offers 6,500 square feet of interior space, comfortably seating up to 200 guests, along with an additional 5,000 square feet of outdoor space ideal for receptions, ceremonies, or expanded event layouts. Maximum occupancy is 400, making it well suited for weddings, receptions, corporate events, galas, markets, and community gatherings.
