How to Play
Pick up a Victoria Bird Bingo card from the Discover Victoria, Texas Information Center at 702 N. Main Street, Suite 101, or download it below.
Once you have your bingo card, you'll see that the front of the card features 24 birds you’re likely to spot in Victoria. All of the Texas Bird Bingo cards align with the Great Texas Wildlife Trails. Click the Texas Bird Bingo link in each location for interactive driving trail maps which will lead you to the best spots to see birds, butterflies, bats, and more. In Victoria, Riverside Park is a great location to see birds! Get started on your adventure at the Athey Nature Sanctuary Birding Deck. Grab your binoculars, head over to Riverside Park, and start birding!
When you see any bird pictured on your card, mark it with an X, a √, or whatever symbol you like. Once you've marked off a row of birds in any of three directions (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally), you’ve got a bird bingo!
Prizes
While viewing birds is its own reward, every person who completes a bingo can also get a FREE Texas Bird Bingo sticker. Send a photo of your completed Texas Bird Bingo card to the email address noted on the card, along with your name and mailing address, and we’ll send you a sticker (limit one per person). As an added bonus, two lucky winners will receive a half-day Hill Country birding excursion, courtesy of our friends at Busy Birding! Click here for more information.
There is one more way to win! In addition to submitting your Bird Bingo card to Texas Parks & Wildlife,
you can also win prizes right here in Victoria! To enter for a chance to win,
just complete the form below and upload a photo of your Bird Bingo card. Once
you’ve submitted your entry, you’ll be included in a drawing for birding prizes
from Discover Victoria. We’re excited to see what you spotted around
Victoria—good luck!
