Volunteer at Tejas Fest

Are you passionate about being a part of our wonderful home of Victoria? Do you want to be part of an unforgettable experience? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to help us make Tejas Fest a huge success - no experience needed! We welcome all volunteers, whether you are seasoned pro or a first-timer. All you need is a love for community and a positive attitude.

There in a great variety of jobs available at this year's second annual festival - from shifts in the fast-paced beer booths, fun jobs helping the kiddos in the Kids' Corral, to roles giving City staff a hand with setting up the festival. You'll get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to make a huge event like Tejas Fest happen, and maybe make a few new friends too! What You Get

Volunteers receive a Tejas Fest volunteer t-shirt, snacks on-site, and enjoy a fun time helping out at a busy festival. Need volunteer hours for a school or civic group? City staff is more than happy to sign off on those with your Tejas Fest volunteer hours.

Age Restrictions

Volunteers for the beer booth must be at least 21 years old. Opportunities to volunteer are available for all ages, but anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Volunteer Training

A recommended volunteer training session takes place the week before Tejas Fest. Date and location TBA.

Volunteer Parking

City staff is working to develop a dedicated parking location for festival volunteers. More information coming soon!

Volunteer Check-In

Volunteers should check in at least fifteen minutes before their shift at the Volunteer HQ, located inside the Junior League of Victoria building at 202 North Main St, 77901 (click here for map)
